About

My name is Constance L. Kraus.  My cancer experience in 2006 was a gift.  I emerged with a whole new focus, stronger in body and spirit than ever before.  Cancer is a highly emotional word, a disease charged with fear.  I came to understand that I had choices.  I didn’t have to accept this disease as my reality.  I could choose wellness.

This blog will share articles not only about cancer, but about many topics in the spiritual realm.  I invite you to participate by adding your comments and perspectives.  Thank you for journeying with me.

I had a wonderful English teacher in high school – St. Edmunds in Brooklyn, NY in the sixties. Her name was Constance Kraus. She was young, hip, fun and inspired me throughout my career Is this you?

Thank you Nancy for your kind comments, but your wonderful teacher was not me! I too had a wonderful English teacher in the sixties, who inspired me to write, but I took many side-trips before I came around to actually writing a book! I suppose there needed to be “the experience” before I had the material to write the book!
